Elisabet also helped found a home education cooperative program that continues to thrive 11 years later. She and two others began teaching home education classes in a private home with 11 students. In the second year their enrollment grew to 44!. Elisabet actively taught classes for 5 years until the Lord called her away to women’s ministry at Calvary Miami Beach. During her tenure as a teacher at Equip Education, she formed powerful bonds with many young women as a teacher and mentor – relationship that continue. She faithfully taught the academic content of the classes but specialized in the human contact of a teacher who really cares about her students.
